Video recorder for the opera/ballet?

I've always wanted to make a recording ( even just a short one ) of a ballet or opera so I can remember what it was like to be there, buying pills online especially since I don't get many chances to go. However, they say no recording devices are allowed. Does anyone know of a stealth recording device available to the public? May glasses or binoculars with ( a not obvious ) recording capability? When I am old and feeble and retired would be great to be able to look at these and remember the good ol days!
Sigh, its already recorded in my brain, so what I am asking is to have another record for when my brain starts to lose things ( memory is the first to go, right? ).
