Are there websites for consumer electronics rating and binocular reviews?

They have the best reviews and price listing. They sometimes have video on how to use and install the device.

I also found the user reviews at Circuit City to be pretty unbias.

The best overall would be consumer reports magazine but I have to pay for it.
